Bistro’s is the latest recipient of their Local Producer Loan Program. The Gluten Free Bistro received a $25,000 loan to expand their popular Bistro Bites Mini Pizzas line. The
Bistro Bites are whole grain, non-GMO,
Gluten-Free and they currently offer
Margherita and Pepperoni flavors. The two new flavors of Bistro
Bites will be exclusive to Whole Foods Market for six months and will be available
in January and June of 2014. Currently, the line is sold in both the Rocky
