The Gluten-Free Bistro’s Pizza Crust at Café Colore in Denver!

Boulder, CO (August 10, 2009) — Now The Gluten Free Bistro’s crust can be eaten and enjoyed in Denver at Café Colore (www.cafecoloredenver.com) located at 1512 Larimer St. in the heart of Lodo (303) 534-6844. Café Colore, a gourmet style Italian café, is carrying The Gluten Free Bistro’s Neapolitan 10” crust, which is a thin style of crust that is also free of major allergens. Keith Arnold, owner of Café Colore states, “We are so happy to be bringing a high quality, tasty, nutritious gluten-free pizza to Denver. We have been thinking about it for awhile but could not find a crust good enough to put on our menu. Now we have one!” So, if you are craving some pizza and you are out and about in the Lodo area stop into Café Colore starting on Wednesday, August 10th for your first satisfying gluten-free pizza experience.

The Gluten Free Bistro was founded by three gluten-intolerant locals who were dissatisfied with the gluten-free pizza crusts available. After many years, they have perfected delicious, nutritious gluten-free products and are pleasing the palates of all who taste them. These products are truly nutritious and provide B vitamins, protein, fiber and minerals. The company's creators include two nutritionists and a self proclaimed "foodie" who grew up around everything made from scratch. Now, those with gluten intolerance and celiac disease can order a pizza in a trendy restaurant and have the same dining experience as everyone else. Please come eat our products at Radda Trattoria, Bagali’s Italian Kitchen and Café Colore in Denver. Coming soon are more of The Gluten Free Bistro’s products in the Boulder and Denver areas.
